Why it matters

People choose care they feel comfortable with.

Your clinical quality is already there. What the community sees first is a map listing, a website, and a handful of photos. We make that first impression look as clean, bright, and welcoming as your facility actually is.

Win the Google Maps moment
01

Win the Google Maps moment

Before a family picks a facility, they look at the photos on Google Maps. Dim phone snapshots cost you the visit. We shoot the exterior and interior bright, warm, and welcoming, then deliver a set formatted for your Google Business Profile so the first impression is clean, modern, and trustworthy.

Introduce your facility to the community
02

Introduce your facility to the community

The goal is simple: show the neighborhood that this is a warm, welcoming place for them and their family. Real people, real staff, real rooms — imagery that makes someone comfortable walking in for the first time.

Give leadership assets worth presenting
03

Give leadership assets worth presenting

Aerial landscape photography of the campus and its surroundings drops straight into investment decks, board presentations, expansion pitches, and payer or partner materials — the same visit that fills the marketing library.

What we do

Hotel-quality imagery of a healthcare facility.

Exterior & interior facility photography

Exterior & interior facility photography

Professional, welcoming coverage of the building, entrance, signage, lobby, waiting areas, exam and patient rooms, and common spaces. Bright, clean, and warm — closer to hotel photography than clinical documentation.

  • Google Maps / Google Business Profile sets
  • HDR blended, color-corrected, print + web ready
  • Shows how clean, bright, and modern the space really is
Aerial & landscape campus photography

  • Campus, access & context aerials
  • Board and investor deck imagery
  • Site selection & expansion visuals
Focus shots on what makes you different

Focus shots on what makes you different

Detail sets on the things a competitor down the road doesn't have: imaging and diagnostic equipment, specialty suites, therapy and activity spaces, amenities, artwork, and unique programming.

  • Equipment, technology & specialty suites
  • Programs, activities & amenities
  • Detail frames that carry a whole ad or brochure
Lifestyle & care team photography

Lifestyle & care team photography

Shot with long zoom glass so the room stays natural: provider and patient interactions, staff at work, team portraits, and genuine smiles. This is the content that makes a facility feel human.

  • Provider & patient interaction sets
  • Team, department & individual portraits
  • Recruiting and careers-page imagery
Marketing video

Marketing video

Facility tour films, service-line spots, provider introductions, patient-journey pieces, and vertical cuts for social and paid — produced from the same visit so the look stays consistent with your photography.

  • Facility tour & service-line films
  • Provider intros & staff spotlights
  • Vertical cutdowns for social and ads
National brand & multi-site programs

National brand & multi-site programs

We cover sites nationwide to one visual standard, so every location looks like the same brand. Regional and local teams get content for customer acquisition; the corporate team gets finished, on-brand marketing assets.

  • Nationwide coverage, single standard
  • Local team support for patient acquisition
  • Corporate-ready finished assets & brand libraries

What you walk away with

One visit. A full content library.

Everything from the shoot is edited and delivered as an organized library your team owns — not a handful of hero shots. Local and regional teams use it for patient acquisition; corporate marketing gets finished, on-brand assets they can publish as-is.

  • Google Maps & Google Business Profile
  • Website, service lines & provider pages
  • Paid search, social & display advertising
  • Print brochures, mailers & signage
  • Investor, board & expansion decks

How it runs

  1. 01

    Scope call

We look at your current photos — including what shows up on Google Maps today — your service lines, and the audiences you need to reach. 30 minutes.

  2. 02

    Shoot day

One visit, scheduled around patient flow. Exterior, aerial, interior, focus details, and lifestyle coverage with staff. Discreet, respectful, and consent-managed on site.

  3. 03

    Edited content library

Professionally edited images and video delivered in a private gallery within three business days, organized by how you'll actually use them.

  4. 04

    Put it to work

We can load the Google Business Profile set, hand the corporate team finished assets, and run the ongoing social and campaign content if you want it managed.

The IRL Marketing difference

I market real-life businesses doing real-world work.

I don’t sell abstract brand strategy. I show up on the site, on the floor, and in the field, capture the work you and your crew are actually doing, and turn it into marketing that moves a business outcome — leads, contracts, capital, and revenue you can point to.

Built for real-life businesses

Crews, sites, equipment, patients, product lines. We work in environments where the value is physical and the schedule is real — not studio sets and stock footage.

We highlight the actual work

Your credibility lives in the work itself. We capture it as it happens and produce it into proof buyers, investors, and referral partners can see.

Measured on business outcomes

Every asset has a job: fill the pipeline, shorten the sales cycle, or close the deal. We report on what moved, not on impressions.

Who you're working with

Abel Acuña, Founder of IRL Marketing

Abel Acuña

Founder · IRL Marketing

Abel Acuña is a GTM operator, marketing consultant, and former U.S. Intelligence Officer whose career has moved between three worlds that rarely overlap: national security, high-growth technology, and visual storytelling.

His work behind the camera began at The Hotchkiss School, an international boarding school, where he received recognition at the Kent Film Festival and the Santa Barbara Film Festival. He continued to develop his visual practice at Harvard University, earning corporate recognition from Facebook for his filmmaking.

That foundation in image and narrative carried into marketing and technology. Abel was an international technology co-founder in Korea and an early go-to-market leader at Vanta, Amherst ($16.4B AUM), and KakaoTalk. Over the last decade he has scaled startups from zero, launched products into unfamiliar markets, and helped business units reach their first 100K customers or $50M in new sales.

That operating standard eventually carried into national security, where he supported international clandestine operations — work that demanded exceptional attention to detail, absolute discretion with confidential information, and rapid decision-making in dynamic environments to achieve operational objectives. He remains T/S SCI security clearance capable.

Throughout, Abel built a parallel practice behind the camera. He is an FAA-certified commercial drone pilot — Part 107 (UAV, sUAV, sUAS), License #4747275, carrying $1M+ in flight insurance — and shoots on Sony cinema cameras.

Today he leads IRL Marketing, an outsourced content marketing partner for real-life businesses: healthcare, manufacturers, trades, hospitality, and commercial real estate. Real footage of real operations, no stock and no staging. Still Human. Real Results.

He is a graduate of Harvard University and The Hotchkiss School, with a background in Political Science and the Visual Arts — an education that still shapes how he thinks about persuasion, narrative, and the difference between attention and trust.
